I’m kind of disappointed with my experience, especially with Joe da barber. Before the cut, I had an Afro and clearly asked for a low fade to maintain my natural style. Instead, I ended up with a very high fade that completely changed the look I wanted.

When I tried to explain this before the cut, Joe said, “Are you trying to tell me how to do my job?” – which came off as unprofessional. I know my hair and I had a clear vision of how I wanted to look.

Now the sides are way too short and I no longer have the style I came in with.

To be fair, the haircut was done with skill – technically it’s well-executed. But it’s simply not at all what I asked for.

I booked an appointment online with JESUS CEJA and he asked me to cancel the appointment and pay him on venmo. I told him that I could not cancel the appointment and he said he would cancel it for me. I paid on venmo and I was also charged on my card.
